66- Sportivnie White Dial

Sportivnie watches were produced by the first Moscow Watch Factory in the 1950ies and early 1960ies. They were fitted with two versions of a hacking stop caliber produced by the First Moscow Watch Factory; an earlier 15 jewels movement and an improved 17 jewels one. This watch has the 17 jewels movement and a one-piece screw in backcase.

60- Sportivnie Swimmer

Sportivnie watches were produced by the First Moscow Watch Factory in the late 50ies and in the early 60ies (1962 is probably the last year of production for Sportivnie watches).
This watch mounts a 17 jewels movement, caliber 2634, with hacking stop. The stainless steel back case is in two pieces with a metallic ring that when adjusted presses into the backcase for improved water resistence.

58- Shturmanskie Gagarin - 17 Jewels

Shturmanskie watches, first the 15 jewels version and later on the 17 jewels, were given to graduating pilots of the Soviet Airforce, see watch #1 for the 15 jewels version. This is a historically important watch, a watch similar to this one was taken to space by Juri Gagarin in the first human orbital flight. When Gagarin returned to earth the watch was taken to the 1MWF collection and he received a black Rodina as a gift. The watch was later stolen from the 1MWF and there is still some contradictory information regarding which Shturmanskie version was he wearing. In the 1MWF website there is a picture of the 15 jewels version while in a catalog there is the 17 jewels (see picture bellow). Most sources point to the 17 jewels version as the one that Gagarin wore during his historical flight. This is also is in agreement with production dates for both models and Gagarin's graduation day from pilot's school.
This watch was produced by the 1MWF in the late 50ies earlier 60ies. It mounts a 17 jewels mechanism with a shock protected balance spring and hacking stop. This movement was also fitted on Sportivnie watches.

42- Sportivnie Runner

Similar to #17 (link) but with correct hands.

20- Shturmanskie 31659

A chronograph issued to the soviet airforce.
Crono pushers, crown and case are entirely made in stainless steel.
It was produced by the First Moscow Watch Factory. Mounts a 31659 movement. The 31659 is a modified 3133 with hacking stop added.

17- Sportivnie

Sportivnie watches were produced by the first Moscow Watch Factory in the 1950ies and early 1960ies. They were fitted with two versions of a hacking stop caliber produced by the First Moscow Watch Factory; an earlier 15 jewels movement and an improved 17 jewels one. This watch has the 17 jewels movement and a one-piece screw in backcase.
Hands on this watch are probably wrong, see watch #42 for a piece with correct hands.

5- Vostok Komandirskie Chistopol

Vostok Komandirskie probably made in the 1980ies.
It has vostok an 18 jewels movement (caliber 2234) with hacking stop and date complication.
Dial is marked "zacaz mo cccp" at 6, meaning that the watch was made by order of the ministry of defense of the soviet union. Usually these watches were sold in military stores.

1- Shturmanskie Gagarin 15 Jewels

I searched for this watch for over a year so it deserves his place as number one on the catalog. These watches were given upon graduation to pilots of the Soviet Airforce. A similar watch was given to Jury Gagarin when he graduated and he took it to his flight to space.
It has a beautifully decorated 15 jewels movement with hacking stop that was based on the French LIP R26 caliber.
The movement on my watch is dated and was produced in the forth quarter of 1952 by the First Moscow Watch Factory. The watch is, as in many vintage pieces, small. The case is 33 mm width.
